§ FAQs
Frequently asked.
- 01What is your MOQ?
- Most products start at 50–100 pieces, with select items available from lower quantities. We accommodate small brand launches as well as full-scale production runs.
- 02Do you offer custom molds?
- Yes. CNC mold development is our core discipline. Every custom shape, logo or relief is machined in-house for maximum detail fidelity.
- 03Can I get a sample before production?
- Absolutely. Pre-production samples are produced from your approved artwork and shipped worldwide before bulk manufacturing begins.
- 04Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We export to brands across North America, Europe, the UK, Australia and the Middle East via DHL, FedEx and air freight.
- 05Which backing options are available?
- Heat-seal, iron-on, sew-on, hook & loop (Velcro®), 3M adhesive and plain backings — selected to match your end-use application.
- 06What file formats do you accept?
- Vector formats are preferred (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). High-resolution PNG and JPG files are also accepted; our design team will refine artwork before production.
- 07How long does production take?
- Sampling typically takes 5–7 days. Production runs of 500–2,000 units ship in 12–18 days depending on complexity and finishing.
- 08Do you protect my artwork and brand IP?
- Yes. NDAs are signed on request and all molds, artwork and samples are stored confidentially. Private-label projects are standard for us.
